Software Engineer: Machine Learning - Advertising Platforms


• Play a central role in designing and implementing systems to improve advertising quality.

• Define key success metrics, design and run A/B tests to experiment with new ads targeting and pCTR algorithms.

• Research and develop new algorithms to improve advertising relevance and quality.

• Work in a small, collaborative team with back-end engineers, front-end engineers, designers, and product managers to bring new ideas to life.


• MS or PhD in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.

• 1+ years of industry experience.

• Significant experience working on advertising quality a plus.

• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Probability, Statistics, and Data Mining.

• Experience with Map-Reduce computing system such as Hadoop.

• Self-directed, independent and has experience owning complete features/products.
